I’m Relocating to New York and need assistance. Do you provide special services for relocating clients?  
Yes. We are happy to accommodate all of your needs as much as possible. Please look over our predesigned packages or request an in person consultation. Can you assemble the furniture?  
Yes.  Our delivery service includes delivery, assembly and complimentary cleaning in selected areas.

 

How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered? 
For all in stock items  delivery is within 3-5 days. Deliveries for out of stock items or special order items vary. Please contact us with specific requests and we will be happy to provide additional information.

What is the delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on location, elevator/stairs and items you are ordering. 

 

What is your return policy? 
All full priced , unopened, unused  items can be returned with a 35% restocking fee plus the furniture pick up fee within 5 days after delivery. All sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be offered. No returns or exchanges are offered after 5 days. For stagings or other projects please refer to your contract. 

 

What if the furniture doesn’t fit in my apartment?
Please carefully check all the dimensions of the furniture prior to ordering. All the dimensions are on our website. In the rare even that a dimension is missing, please reach out to us and we will update the information. No exceptions will be made. 

 

Do you work with Leasing agents/Management companies and Developers?
Yes, we do. Some of the companies in our portfolio are Stonehengenyc and Glenwood. Our services are offered at no costs to all residents in the buildings ands special promotions are available at individual properties. We are happy to work with new companies and collaborate. Do you work with Brokers?
Yes, we do. We work with Ryan Serhant who runs the #1 broker team in New York - The Serhant Team Town Residential and others. We provide staging services and are always happy to collaborate. What if my order or part of my order arrives damaged?
Please mark damaged on the delivery slip, take pictures and email us at info@lumenhomedesigns.com and return the item to the delivery team. We will make accomodations and resolve your issues. You will never be stuck with a damaged item. 

 

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $5,000.

 

What payment options are available?
We accept Wire Transfers, Paypal, Bank Certified Checks, Visa, Master and Discover cards.

 

About Leather, Stone, Finishes and Colors
We do not guarantee that the finishes, colors, wood, stone of the furniture will be exactly as pictured. Naturally occurring variations are not considered damages. Professional furniture pictures may look different.

 

What are your delivery hours? 
We deliver Monday through Friday 9-5, but we may be able to make special arrangements on Saturday or Sunday if other times are not suitable for you.

 

I would like to furnish more then one apartment. Can you give me a discount?
